086 - Mental and Iconic
Arrow of TimeWith a dearth of Who news out there on the webosphere, we thought that we would need to work extra hard to deliver our usual timely(?) and informative(??) podcast. We should’ve know that we had nothing to worry about. What starts as a slow boil quickly leaves the confines of the pot as we jump from topic to topic, some of them even about Doctor Who! Our promise to you, gentle viewers, is this: neither snow nor rain nor drought of news will stay us from our daily… uh, weekly… um… We’ll keep doing podcasts.
Dave’s choice for our Bookmark of the Rani segment is Umberto Eco’s The Infinity of Lists, which isn’t nearly as long as it sounds!

Who's He? Podcast #165 She's part of a colourful time
Who's He?This week, the Who's He? Podcast bring you another audio commentary with episodes 1 and 2 of Spearhead From Space, Jon Pertwee's first adventure as the Doctor. In a story featuring UNIT, plastic men and Welsh hospital porters that double up as security guards, the lads try something different and try to bring you a little bit of history of events from the original broadcast dates which Tony, the wandering podcaster, gets completely wrong. Also Tony thinks he gets away with using a naughty word and fails miserably!
And in the news, the BBC confirm the air date for series 8 and the title of the first episode and there is also another teaser trailer to whet our appetites!

Episode 139: Three Dog Night
The Sonic ToolboxNo bull…frogs here, Jeremiah or otherwise named. Just a robot dog named K-9. Of course, there’s no “just” about him. Loyal, smart and with a lazar nose and tickertape tongue, K-9 is probably one of the Doctor’s best beloved companions. At least among us fans. We love him, and we’re talking all about him.

Radio Free Skaro #428 - Believe It Or Not
Radio Free SkaroThe Series 8 news is slowly building as we hurtle towards August 23rd, the just-announced debut date for Peter Capaldi (aka P-Cap), the 12th (13th?) Doctor in a feature-length adventure called "Deep Breath". But mixed with excitement is disappointment for some fans, as there will be no San Diego Comic Con panel this year...which makes sense given Doctor Who is to be gallivanting around the globe shortly on a world tour of seven different cities on five continents. But all this is mere preparation for the return of Fluid Links, where we answer your questions about Doctor Who, nonsense, and Doctor Who nonsense! Which questions did we pick? Listen and find out!

Adam J Purcell, Andy Simpkins and Keith Dunn sit down, corralled, in front of the 2007 Doctor Who episode, Utopia, and spout our usual nonsense!
Jack’s a hanger-on, Yana has buried the truth and the Doctor is mainly doing running, again. But enough of their problems, please sit down with us to enjoy Utopia...

Episode 93 : The Happiness Patrol
The Untempered Schism PodcastEven as reality is contriving against us, the Untempered Schism presses on! Maybe a little battered and warn, but still quite good at what we do. In this case we are review The Happiness Patrol, a strange little story featuring way to much killer candy, less then subtitle political subtext and a number of bad jokes and puns. Might not be recommended for those who don't like sweets.

Episode 124: All Teeth and Curls
The Happiness PatrolToday is the day: time to talk about my very favorite Doctor. Tom Baker. If you are American, like myself, it's quite possible, if you are a certain age group, you spent after school hours in front of the local PBS station watching Tom and Liz on some alien planet battling some fiendish foe. The Big Blue Box, the Large White Control Room, the Big Floppy Hat, and of course, the seemingly endless multi colored scarf. Seeing this for the first time blew my mind. WHO THE HELL IS THIS GUY AND WHAT THE HELL AM I WATCHING??? We only got one episode a day with the Classic Series, and, depending on what part you were watching, there was no telling how confused you might be.Hell, I ate it up.So let me stop right here and let you guys listen to Nancy, Michelle, Chaz and me natter on about Tom Baker on this week's episode of
