Adam and Debbie (on the Isle of Wight) link up live with Kirby, Mary and Matthew in Huntsville, Alabama along with special guests, Sylvester McCoy and Andrew Cartmel and a panel of Doctor Who fans.

With a dearth of Who news out there on the webosphere, we thought that we would need to work extra hard to deliver our usual timely(?) and informative(??) podcast. We should’ve know that we had nothing to worry about. What starts as a slow boil quickly leaves the confines of the pot as we jump from topic to topic, some of them even about Doctor Who! Our promise to you, gentle viewers, is this: neither snow nor rain nor drought of news will stay us from our daily… uh, weekly… um… We’ll keep doing podcasts.

Dave’s choice for our Bookmark of the Rani segment is Umberto Eco’s The Infinity of Lists, which isn’t nearly as long as it sounds!

This week, the Who's He? Podcast bring you another audio commentary with episodes 1 and 2 of Spearhead From Space, Jon Pertwee's first adventure as the Doctor.  In a story featuring UNIT, plastic men and Welsh hospital porters that double up as security guards, the lads try something different and try to bring you a little bit of history of events from the original broadcast dates which Tony, the wandering podcaster, gets completely wrong.  Also Tony thinks he gets away with using a naughty word and fails miserably!

And in the news, the BBC confirm the air date for series 8 and the title of the first episode and there is also another teaser trailer to whet our appetites!

No bull…frogs here, Jeremiah or otherwise named.  Just a robot dog named K-9.  Of course, there’s no “just” about him.  Loyal, smart and with a lazar nose and tickertape tongue, K-9 is probably one of the Doctor’s best beloved companions.  At least among us fans.  We love him, and we’re talking all about him.

Doctor in a feature-length adventure called "Deep Breath". But mixed with excitement is disappointment for some fans, as there will be no San Diego Comic Con panel this year...which makes sense given Doctor Who is to be gallivanting around the globe shortly on a world tour of seven different cities on five continents. But all this is mere preparation for the return of Fluid Links, where we answer your questions about Doctor Who, nonsense, and Doctor Who nonsense! Which questions did we pick? Listen and find out!

Might not be recommended for those who don't like sweets.
