It's Season 2 Episode 1. In this episode, Steve recounts his experiences at the SFX Weekender, The Whostorian Drinking Game gets more rules, The Companion Randomizer lands on Vislor Turlough and the guys talk about Abslom Daak ... Dalek Killer.

Episode 30 - Best Of The Best Of The Best It's Episode 30, a decent milestone. Shannon & Steve decided to mark the occasion by picking out what they think are some of the best aspects of Doctor Who. *Regrettably at this point The Whostorian has to take a break. Some potential medical concerns have come to the forefront, we hope nothing serious. We'll be back before you know it.*

For Episode 29 we thought we'd look a little more at the expanded whoniverse. We're looking at some of the specials that have happened over the course of the last 40 odd years and offering some comments on what we thought of the ones that we've seen.

Happy New Year! We're starting this year off with a new feature, it's out with the Villain Randomizer and in with the Companion Randomizer. Also it's time for us to give our take on The Doctor, The Widow & The Wardrobe.

Merry Christmas from The Whostorian. What better way to celebrate the spirit of the season than by reviewing a Doctor Who Christmas special. But we're saving our review of The Doctor, The Widow & The Wardrobe for our first episode of the new year. So here is our review of The Next Doctor.

It's the Christmas Season! So for episode 26 Steve & Shannon thought it would be nice to take a look at a Whovian Christmas Classic; K-9 & Company - A Girl's Best Friend... yeah we're not sure what we were thinking either...

It's our 25th Episode! Two big pieces of news and then what better way to celebrate than by talking about the powers that be in The Whoniverse, The Timelords.

Follwing some interesting Motes of News, Shannon & Steve get right down to picking apart the 20th anniversary special; The Five Doctors

For Episode 23 Shannon & Steve get right down to business and talk about The Cybermen, Shannon's pathological dislike of K9, The Whostorian Drinking game and much, much more.

Episode 22 starts with the Motes of News, then we return to the Villain Randomizer 2.0, this week it's found James Stoker... no it's found Neil Toynay... sorry, I mean of course The Master

Episode 21 starts with the Motes of News, then we unveil the Villain Randomizer 2.0. We've loaded it up with the bigger names in Doctor Who Villains and wherever it lands we're going to spend the rest of the episode discussing that villain. Stick around and enjoy.

We're at Epsiode 20! Yay Whostorian! Episode 20 starts with the Motes of News and the Villain Randomizer somehow finds Sabalom Glitz. We conclude our look at the 11 Doctors this week with the Eleventh Doctor played by Matt Smith and we talk about the episode: The Rebel Flesh.

Episode 19 starts with the Motes of News and the Villain Randomizer puts the spotlight on The Zygons. We continue our look at the 11 Doctors, this week we catch up with the Tenth Doctor played by David Tennant and we talk about the episode: The Christmas Invasion.

Episode 18 starts as always with the Motes of News and the Villain Randomizer zeroes in on The Rutans. Following that we continue our look at the 11 Doctors, this week we catch up with the Ninth Doctor played by Christopher Eccleston and we talk about the episode: Dalek

Episode 17 starts with a short Motes of News and the Villain Randomizer revives The Silurians. Following that we resume our look at the 11 Doctors, this week we say hello to the Eighth Doctor played by Paul McGann and we talk about his Big Finish Audio Play of the classic story: Shada

We're taking a break from reviewing episodes this week to talk about our own personal experiences becoming whovians and what led us to Doctor Who fandom.

Episode 15 starts with us liking our new microphones. We get a little echo-y but that'll work out as we get used to them. Then it's the Motes of News and the Villain Randomizer resurrects Omega. Following that we talk about the final episode of Season 6: The Wedding of River Song

Episode 14 starts as usual with the Motes of News and then the Villain Randomizer calls forth Sil for us. Following that Shannon & Steve talk about the penultimate episode of Season 6: Closing Time

In Episode 13 we tackle some awards and stats in The Motes of News. The Villain Randomzier frees The Rani and we look at the episode: The God Complex.

In Episode 12 After some Motes of News the Villain Randomizer shows us The Ice Warriors, after which Shannon & Steve give their thoughts on the latest Episode: The Girl Who Waited.

In Episode 11 we start off with the Motes of News before the Villain Randomizer brings us The Autons, after which Shannon & Steve evaluate the latest Episode: Night Terrors.

In Episode 10 we first look at the Motes of News, then the Villain Randomizer sets its sights on The Meddling Monk. Following that we give our thoughts on the Episode: Let's Kill Hitler!

Episode 9 takes us first to the Motes of News, then the Villain Randomizer shows us Morbius. We Reach the Seventh Doctors era and discuss his time in the T.A.R.D.I.S. before looking at the Episode: Remembrance of The Daleks. From this point we are taking a break from our review of each Doctor to start reviewing the episodes of Series 6.2. We will resume our look at the Doctors following the end of the current series with the Eighth Doctor, played by Paul McGann.

In episode Eight, after a couple of Motes of News, the Villain Randomizer sets its sights on The Valeyard and we look at the 6th Doctor, played by Colin Baker before talking about: Vengeance on Varos.

In Episode Seven, just a short list in the Motes of News, the Villain Randomizer digs up The Black Guardian and we look at the 5th Doctor, played by Peter Davison before discussing the episode: Mawdryn Undead.

In Episode Six, following the Motes of News, we find that the Villain Randomizer landed on The Celestial Toymaker and we look at the 4th Doctor, played by Tom Baker then we discuss the episode: The Horns of Nimon.

In Episode Five, after the Motes of News we find that the Villain Randomizer landed on The Judoon and we look at the 3rd Doctor, played by Jon Pertwee then we discuss the episode: The Daemons.

In Episode Four we start with news items from the last week, The Randomized Villains are: The Sontarans. Then we continue our eleven part series looking at the Doctor himself with The Second Doctor, played by Patrick Troughton, as well as our comments on the episode: The Two Doctors.

In Episode Three we go over news items from the last week, introduce a new segment: Randomized Villains, where we give a nod to the villains of the Whoniverse. This week we take a look at The Terrible Zodin. Then we start the first of an eleven part series looking at the Doctor himself. First up is of course The First Doctor, played by William Hartnell, as well as our comments on the first episode: An Unearthly Child.

In Episode Two we add a little structure, including a news section with National, International and local Dr. Who news and a review with commentary of the classic episode Frontier In Space.

For Episode One we've set the Randomizer to maximum and are jumping all over the place just talking about whatever comes to mind and seeing where the conversation takes us. From the 1st Doctor to the ever changing T.A.R.D.I.S. control room, they start to get a feel for what the Whostorian might become.

JC and Rita are back and in rare form. With JC all hyped up on Nyquil, we fight to the death on Daleks vs The Weeping Angels (trust me, you don’t want to miss that one). A JC goes bonkers over Doctor Who being excluded from the opening ceremonies of the 2012 London Olympics. We talk about the Brooklyn Monster and a man who was cured of Stereoblindness by going to see Hugo in 3d!

We give you the scoop on a sequel to Independence Day, what new series the executive producers of Walking Dead are bringing to AMC and the end of Eureka.

We have a very special Transmissions Received segment where we get to meet the labstaff of Doctor Geek’s Laboratory – our new brother podcast on the ESO Network.

For the Retro Review, we give you the low down on the Star Trek the Next Generation season one blu-rays.
