The sixth episode of Series 7B marks a return to form for Mark Gatiss and a deliriously over-the-top Penny Dreadful approach to Doctor Who.

Four guys walk into a TARDIS looking for a girl... wait, you’ve heard this one? Okay, how about the one where four guys walk into a TARDIS looking for salvage? You say that’s the same thing? That I’m just repackaging old ideas and saying them in a different way? No, I’m not taking Moffat lessons (that was last week). This week, listen along as we go ’round and ’round the TARDIS until we fall down into the middle-ish bits of the old girl.

Well, here we are, at an arbitrary numerical milestone. Fifty episodes. Did you ever think we’d make it this far? It only took us three years. But here we are at last. And to celebrate, Tom and Louis sat down for an extra-jam-packed episode, discussing NOT ONLY Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS, but also The Five Doctors! Wow!
