PodcasticaThis week we're joined by John's good friend and co-host on That Wrestling Show Neesin (@StayFlyLife) as we review Rogue and get a unique perspective of the Third Wave of Who from a brand new Whovian! All in all, Rogue was fantastic fun that fired on all cylinders and gave us more of an upbeat (though definitely emotional at times) romp before diving into the two-part season finale!

#248 - A. Eye Finetime
Doctor Who: The Metebelis 2We meet the first real monster in this season of Doctor Who and no, we don't mean the slugs of doom, aka Mantraps. RTD catches us a little flat-footed with the surprising ending, but the subtle hints were there all along. With a wave of the hand, we excuse any plot holes and applaud what may be the best episode of Ncuti Gatwa's first series of Doctor Who. The opening music is the episode's soundtrack by Murray Gold and the closing music is "Slugs of Love" by Little Dragon. We recorded this episode on 3 June 2024.

Something WhoHere we are back with Something Who podcast Episode 98 with Doctor Who fandom's own musical maestro, Jess Jurkovic, joining Rick, Giles and Richard.
We look at 1st Doctor story The Chase from the original Season 2, and after that examine 15th Doctor story The Devil's Chord from the new Season 1. This episode consists of the second half of that conversation, largely featuring The Devil's Chord.
Please like or share our podcast with people who will enjoy it, so we can build our listener base high for happiness. You can rate us directly on Apple Podcasts or Podchaser.com
Jess is a brilliant pianist and has an extraordinary YouTube channel on which you can find his amazing The Dudley Simpson IS Doctor Who Project.
Rick posts on social media as @brickpandorica, where you can find fantastic pictures of his Lego models of Doctor Who moments, such as the one forming our cover art this episode.
Giles' book A History of the Universe in 21 Stars: (and 3 Imposters) can be found in all good bookshops and also here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/History-Universe-21-Stars-Imposters/dp/1787394654/
Richard has another podcast with co-hosts Emily & Nicola, called "If It's Hurting, It's not Working" and it's a fun and informative look at work - why we work, how we work, and what makes a great job. Go to https://ifhurtnotwork.podbean.com/ and https://ifhurtnot.work for more.
The Something Who logo, which features prominently on all our cover art was designed for us by Bea Garrido. She's a really talented artist, who you can find on Twitter using @BeaGarrido00, where, among other artworks, you can see some remarkable paintings of characters from Doctor Who.

Who's He? Podcast 465 | You elegant fowl! | Rogue Review
Who's He?In this episode of the Who's He? Podcast....
Review - Rogue
I think we guessed that this weeks episode of Doctor Who, Rogue would be divisive for some. However, what is surprising is that Paul and Phil are divided over their opinions on this story. Phil reveals that he has no soul and has a cold, dead heart while Paul embraces the love on display. But with owl people, a long forgotten Doctor and a love story thrown together into the mix, does the story hang together or is it as threadbare as pair of well worn britches?
Also, the lads pay tribute to William Russell who sadly passed away at the age of 99.
You can find us on X and Facebook, you can subscribe to our show on Apple Podcasts/iTunes, Spotify, Amazon Podcasts, Google Podcasts plus many other podcatchers and don't forget to subscribe to our Youtube Channel.

Radio Free Skaro #964 - Fowl and Fallibility
Radio Free SkaroIt’s Regency drama, gossip, and scandalous dances on this week’s Doctor Who adventure, “Rogue!” The Bridgerton fans are losing their minds at this episode, including one Ruby Sunday, but what did the Three Who Rule think of this theatrical and romantic undertaking? Plus we pay tribute to William Russell, Doctor Who’s original Man of Action and Knight of Jaffa, and we encourage you to listen to our own interview with Mr. Russell from 2012. Plus Big Finish celebrates 25 years, Tales of the TARDIS mystery, and this very podcast gets called out for both its numerous crimes and its place as one of the best Doctor Who podcasts! In Memory of William Russell
The Doctor Who PodcastEarlier this week, the Whoniverse lost one of it’s ‘founder members’ as William Russell passed away. William played Ian Chesterton in the early of years of Doctor Who, from 1963 to 1965. Join Michele and James as they recount their memories of William in Doctor Who before handing over to Brent and Drew who interviewed him in person at a US convention in 2018. The interview first went out on the Who and Company podcast as part of their convention coverage, and it’s wonderful to hear William so relaxed in his conversation.
Rest in Peace William, and thank you for the unforgettable memories. Neither you or your contribution to Doctor Who will be forgotten. We are Most Grateful.
