Interview with Paul Vanezis
The Doctor Who PodcastTom was lucky enough to sit down with the Indiana Jones of Doctor Who, Paul Vanezis. Paul has been involved with the Doctor Who Restoration Team, as well as having a key hand in many of the many documentaries and special features on the Doctor Who DVD releases.
When he isn’t putting the spit and polish to existing episodes, he is out there searching out lost episodes. Paul can lay claim to returning many formerly lost Doctor Who episodes to the BBC archives.
Sit back and enjoy Tom’s chat with Paul about all things dusty, Doctor Who and DVDs.

2MTL 265: The Steven Moffat Evaluation (Time Dilation)
Two-minute Time LordMay 2008 (not 2009, ignore your host during the podcast): Steven Moffat prepares to take the reins of Doctor Who in one of the most anticipated showrunner transitions ever.
January 2010: Matt Smith kisses his knees, spits out cinders, and shouts, "Geronimo!"
April 2012: A massive Time Dilation episode of the Two-minute Time Lord podcast assesses Steven Moffat's first two series and looks toward the future! Your principal panelists are Chicks Unravel Time editor Deb Stanish, Adventures with the Wife in Space blogger Neil Perryman, multitudinous writer Teresa Jusino and Radio Free Skaro's own Steven Schapansky.
But they're not the only ones weighing in, as we find out what fans thought about Series 5 and 6 at Gallifrey One 23 last February, and present some very special guests' two cents:
io9.com managing editor Charlie Jane Anders!
Doctor Who: Podshock co-founder Ken Deep!
Comics artist Pia Guerra!
Mythbusters co-host Grant Imahara!
Nerdist host and overlord Chris Hardwick!
Scottish comedian Charlie Ross!

Episode 29: Adam and Jamie Aren't Here
The Sonic ToolboxTime windows. Time portals. Going from a spaceship in the 51st century to France in the 18th century. We're talking all about how we think this can be. And a whole lot of other stuff.
While we're talking about something from The Girl in the Fireplace, you don't need to have seen it to listen. There are no spoilers that weren't in the promos or the blurbs about this story. We give away no plot points or any real details about what goes on. Anything we do talk about is rather vague.
Next week, however, we will be reviewing Smith and Jones. It can be found for streaming on Amazon, free for Prime members and $1.99 for non-Prime. Link below.
WARNING: Contains rabbit chasing.

Radio Free Skaro #307 - Here's to The Future
Radio Free SkaroOne of the more maligned contributors to worlds of Doctor Who over the years has been musician Keff McCulloch. Responsible for the final variation of the Doctor Who theme for the classic series, "Deaf Keff" (as some have dubbed him) also provided incidental music for half of the stories of the Sylvester McCoy era. Did McCulloch's rampant use of sampling keyboards and predilection for digital handclaps invite a torrent of scorn from The Three Who Rule? McCulloch is the subject in this episode's Miniscope segment, and, with a bit of help from Luke from TMDWP, the Three try and delve into why they think Keff's music is so unpopular, while trying to decipher if they themselves agree with popular opinion.

Episode #11: "I'm Pretty Sure It Wasn't 'Kevin'"
Under The MiniscopeThe much-maligned (by us) Third Doctor gets his fair due in our review of the environmental extravaganza known as The Green Death, which sees the controversial (to us) departure of Jo Grant in this Series 10 legacy-celebrating serial- the perfect tie-in to the recently reviewed (by us) Death of the Doctor!

028 Hammer (The Hound of the Baskervilles)
theTimeVaultWhat do a tarantula, a herring and a butler's wife's brother have in common? I don't know either but they all cause trouble for the World's greatest detective, Sherlock Holmes. So much trouble in fact, that he does a bunk for most of the adventure and decides to try his hand at more respectable employment. His eclectic choices of hotel management, pest control, impressionist and telescope repair man don't go well though so he decides to jack it all in and live in a swamp. Until a mad spanish gypsy woman has a row with a horny rich toff in a field, whereupon Holmes proceeds to break up the row by fighting a dog with a bag on it's head. Sherlock Holmes......he's a bit of a mentalist.
