It's a second outing for the second Doctor but 18th Century Scotland fares poorly on Cosmic Trip Adviser, with its dog biscuits, corked wine and one-star wet room. And you'll find the locals unwelcoming and the English tourists somewhat invasive.

But the TARDIS team do indulge in recreational pursuits. Ben swims, the Doctor headbangs, Jamie toys with his dirk and Polly manages to avoid fifty shades of Solicitor Grey.

Couldn’t really afford steel you know, so we went along with this pumice we found lying near that definitely inactive volcano. A few workers walked off the job, never to be seen again, which is kind of weird because we paid them really well, you know? Along with weird time anomalies, aliens from millions of years ago, a rather heavy fisted private detective and at least five extra duplicates of the Mona Lisa hidden inside of a wall. All in all it adds up to another risk to all life on Earth, so all within a day's work for the TARDIS crew.

we talk to Jessica Martin who first appeared in Doctor Who in "The Greatest Show in the Galaxy" in the 80's. That was just to be the beginning of her Who involvement with her drawing her character of Mags for Titan comics, voicing the Queen in "Voyage of the Damned" and now coming back to Mags for Big Finish for a new set of audio dramas. She also tells us about voicing the royal family originally for Spitting Image, working with Kenny Everett and her up-coming graphic autobiography.

Our final Thirteenth Doctor review until next year, 2018 did go quick! We ended series 11 feeling a bit flat so does this provide a suitable exit and leave us wanting more of Jodie and the team or is this an unfortunate continuation on poor writing etc from The Chibbers?
