It's been too long since we all sat around and mused about our second favorite show (after Mister Rogers, of course), so we decided to record the latest breaking news. Unfortunately, we are posting this about a week late, so it is just news and one flat out inaccuracy (80% wrong). There are at least three spoilers about what we talk about on this page.

Kiyan and Dylan watched the only serial not to star the Doctor or any of his companions. It was also the only one episode serial in the classic series. As a result, Kiyan and Dylan go on a large Dalek timeline tangent in the middle of explaining the episode. Misison to the Unknown was written by Terry Nation and was aired on the 9th of October 1965.

Chris soon finds himself alone – except for an alien slaver, a time-traveling Victorian inventor, a gang of demons, an old friend with suspicious motives, a village full of innocent bystanders, and several thousand samurai.

Without the Doctor, someone has to take up the challenge of adventure and stop the god falling into the wrong hands.  Someone has to be a hero – but Chris isn’t sure he wants to be a hero any more.

Orman has written just over a dozen novels for the different ranges, including one for Telos Publishing and another in Virgin’s series of Benny Summerfield novels.  It’s notable that she became the first female writer in the series with the debut of The Left-Handed Hummingbird.

And its the return of Uncle Terrance to the New Adventures. I'm sure Josh will be thrilled. Hopefully Ashley, Jeff, and returning goddess Rachel can keep him straight. And after that, the team looks at the crowd funded 1960's British pop culture inspired team up book, The Imperium. And promptly awkwardly start discussing the 2nd Doctor's sex life. It's relevant, if icky. The Oncoming Storm... This time, we've got Ogrons, Sontarans, and Rutans, Oh My!

It's not an ep of DW, however. The first he wrote was the second episode of Torchwood, "Day One". It's a solid start that gets the series rolling with lots of delicious character interaction and provides much-needed visibility for bisexual people. That's our story and we're sticking to it.
