This week Jennie and Ben discuss Doctor Who, Series 1, Episode 7, “The Long Game.” Due to tampering with the neutron flow of our TARDIS’ Inversion Matrix Overdrive Circuits we don’t have a guest this week so we’ll go it on our own.

It’s the year 200,000 and The Doctor takes Rose and Adam to Station 5, where the news is created. Things are heating up on the lower levels while management is keeping cool upstairs. Is it love in an elevator? Is this the week Rose will decide to go “downstairs” on The Doctor? Does he need that as much as Adam needs another hole in his head?

Probably not, but if you watch Doctor Who closely this week you might get a glimpse of a few naughty things including the ever sexy sight of Bo’s Balls.

After a two week break, they're back, bigger and badder than ever!!  Ok, that's a lie, it's business as usual with Phil and Paul but they've decided to branch out into different territory this week and have finally dipped their toes into the seas of Big Finish with a look at Paul McGanns 8th Doctor story, Blood of The Daleks.  But beware, this review is full of spoilers!!

They also rattle through the news they have missed over the last two weeks, including the recent showing of the series 7 opener Asylum of The Daleks at the BFI.  Plus there is also the return of everyones favourite antimatter despot in Omega's Tat Corner with a piece of tat that is strictly adults only.

With less than two weeks to go until new Doctor Who (maybe, possibly, nothing confirmed...) this week's news unsurprisingly revolved around both actual Series 7 news, like the screening of Asylum of the Daleks at the British Film Institute, and the spoilery spoler-free reviews of said screening by some of the UK's leading printed fishwrap merchants. Ticket sales for the upcoming NY screening of Asylum didn't go off quite so smoothly, leading the charges of heresy, treason, and bad sportsmanship on the part of BBC America. But this was all mere preamble to the main event, a scintillating commentary of parts 1 to 4 of the Invasion of Time, the seminal adventure on Gallifrey involving foil villains, arbitrary romance, and Rodan, the slinkiest air traffic controller Time Lady ever. Enjoy!
