episode 29 - Watchmen Take Florida Supercon Part 2
MarkWHO42 - The Doctor Who PodcastWelcome to the second episode of Markwho42's Florida Supercon Coverage. We get the show running this week with our Resurgance of Doctor Who panel: From PBS Obscurity to the Mainstream. Hosts Mark Baumgarten, Eduardo M Freyre and Trish Helm are joined by Dan Harris (of the SciFi Sea Cruise) and Juan Sanmiguel as they talk and interact with a live audience. Last week we had Dave Gibbons (co-creator of Watchmen and Doctor Who comic artist) on as part of our panel. This week we have a one on one with him conducted by Eduardo. Ed goes more in depth this time in this smashing interview. Finally, last week in the UK, the BBC held Doctor Who at the Proms, a concert featuring orchestrated versions of various music featured on Doctor Who. Murray Gold, the composer of most of the music heard on our favorite show, composed a special song called "Song for Fifty" in honor of the 50th Anniversary which premiered at the concert. We end the show with a taste of this beautiful song.

045: Dragonfire
The Krynoid Podcast"I haven't got no mum and dad. I've never had no mum and dad and I don't want no mum and dad. It's just me, all right?"So who's this perishin' apple-cheeked cockernee urchin then? Why, it's Ace! And she joins the show in 1987's Dragonfire, which mercifully closes Season 24.It's a frosty fable involving a wobbly-headed ANT, some woeful ice statuary and a frigid frozen food salesman.A screamer leaves, a street yoof joins, a permed old rascal returns, and the Doctor reveals that he is in fact not half-human, but half-lemming.Who is the little girl (and why)? Does it really take 3,000 years to set up a moderately successful branch of Iceland? And would you buy a fish finger from a homicidal maniac?Jim and Martin ponder these questions and more (e.g. "Isn't there something better on another channel?") so join them as they break the ice and chase the dragon...

Tim's Take On: Episode 182(Dr Who Prom 2013 mini review)
Tim's Take On...Last Saturday myself and Adam J Purcell of the Staggering Stories podcast joined the queue for £5 arena tickets for the 50th Anniversary Doctor Who Prom. The Others Episode 3-2 The Tomb of the Cybermen Commentary Part Two
The Others PodcastMissing episodes! This is what the second part of our commentary to The Tomb of the Cybermen is all about. We discuss what it was like being fans in the early 1990s when The Tomb of the Cybermen was found and how we got our copies. Robert talks a little about his time working on the Telesnap Reconstructions plus when he edited for Disused Yeti. Finally, we take time to discuss this persistent rumour of 90 episodes being found. What are our thoughts on this and what would we want to watch first? There is a ton of good information and a lot of laughs.
With special guest appearances by copious amounts of wine and whiskey sours, these are fun to do. If you enjoy them, please tell others about us!

The Oncoming Storm Ep 68: Sixth Doctor Anniversary Stories - Penguins vs. Dinosaurs
The Oncoming StormThe Sixth Doctor is a complex man, often misunderstood and made a pariah. Though he had many companions, it often seemed he was alone... Josh understands, because in episode 68 of The Oncoming Storm, he finds himself once again abandoned by his partner Ashley. Good thing Jeff Polier was due to stop by to talk the latest issue of Prisoners of Time! After Josh ropes Jeff into joining him for an entire episode talking about ol' Sixie, the exciting events of issue # 6 of the comic are discussed, then they move onto the topic of the ebook, Something Borrowed by Richelle Mead. The Oncoming Storm... this time, the bitch is back!

Doctor Whooch - Episode Four: Josh Schwartz, Call Us
Doctor WhoochIn which we get off track and accidently create a brand new show for the CW's 2014 Fall Line Up.
Danica and Brandon return in this episode and create a brand new sexy genre show and talk about how best to kill robots if you are in the Washington State area. As for what WHO was watched, they finally took the plunge and watched a run from the old series for the very first time. Marvel as Brandon and Danica go three (plus) drinks deep and attempt to describe the awesomeness of Tom Baker as The Doctor, and the dubiousness of "savage alien warrior" Leela, who is Not Very Good at knife things, in "The Robots of Death"!

Dangling, loose ends and part 3 of Seventh Heaven
The Doctor Who PodcastEver sat back and marvelled at Steven Moffat‘s ability to weave multi-threaded plotlines? What a fantastic mystery Clara was, set up almost 12 months before the resolution was presented on our telly screens. Oh, and don’t forget the ‘Who precisely IS River Song’ arc that kicked off all the way back in 2008. But sometimes, Mr Moffat asks wonderfully intriguing questions – and then seems to forget about them. Or does he?! Join James and Stephen from A Madman With a Box Podcast as they shine the DWP spotlight on these seemingly unanswered questions and chat about a couple of Kooky theries you wonderful listeners have sent in.
If that wasn’t enough, Stephen Elsden returns in part 3 of our increasingly popular Seventh Heaven mini-series to talk about Rememberance of the Daleks and the Happiness Patrol. Does carnage ensue? Tune in to find out!
Share you thoughts with us about your take on Moffat’s loose ends – record your thoughts in under 120 seconds or less and email them to us at feedback@thedoctorwhopodcast.com.
Join Leeson, Trevor and Michele in the Campervan this coming weekend in an extra edition of the Doctor Who Podcast as they give Big Finish‘s Dark Eyes the DWP Review treatment.
