As unlikely as that might sound, we urge you not to get too upset about his attitude – after all, Brian Terranova will be regaling you with tales of chats with Simon Fisher-Becker, Ian McNeice and Sylvester McCoy at last week’s L.I.Who event!

While the interviews themselves require a little tidying up before we can present them to you, fear not – we have an interview this week with Manchester impresario Gareth Kavanagh in which he gives us a summary of the coming events in the Who at Fifty festival over the next couple of weeks.

Don't judge our book on this episode's cover. If it's your first encounter, might I recommend our Enemy of the World? However, we're aware that once a month is slightly difficult to keep your enthusiasm up, as listeners. With most podcasts a weekly endeavour, we would like to get out as much content as possible. So you'll probably see a few more episodes like, episodes where we go a little off topic. The main show is out the first Sunday of every month without fail. To tide you over until then, Kevin and I will drop the occasional piece of fluff fun like this. The audio and editing won't be as up to the standard that we hold ourselves to, but hopefully some goodness is to be had. The main point of this was to acquaint ourselves with the Google hangout technology and software prior to our live 50th anniversary episode - and how ambitious are we, going live, so early? So thats the spirit to take it in. You'll miss out on the visual cues here, but a theoretical Pex Lives completist would probably want the option of the audio. Enjoy!

While everyone is busy frame advancing through those to find out clues about the 50th Anniversary Special, a metric ton of news also dropped this week which helped push this episode of Radio Free Skaro past the two hour mark. But how could you go wrong with a Philip Segal Miniscope in the form of a TV Movie commentary with guest Neil Perryman? Answer: you can't. Synopsis 1935: a message from a Time Lord in trouble sends the Eighth Doctor and Charlotte ‘Charley’ Pollard to the streets of London’s West End, in search of a mysterious alien adversary – unaware that something monstrous is already on their trail. They soon discover that an insidious conspiracy is indeed at work, its tentacles extending the length of the British Isles. Proving its existence won’t be easy, however, after a confrontation in a music hall ends up with the Doctor under arrest and Charley on the run, suspected of murder. All their hopes rest in a musical clue and a man named Hilary – neither of which are much consolation, with the two time travellers the object of a nationwide manhunt. Here we go again, it’s Doctor number ten! We’ve nearly finished our countdown to the 50th, which means that the time has come for the Greatest Doctor of Them All (in an eleven way tie for first), David Tennant! Holy Ood, this episode is long. I’m pretty sure we say literally everything, and then keep going for good measure. Of course, there’s a lot to be said about Tennant, I just hope the podcast doesn’t come off as overwrought or contrived.
