Children have gone missing from a chilly London suburb and they’re not visiting the London Olympics. This week we are joined by Tommy V and Lauren to help us discuss the cold summer Olympics set in the crazy future year 2012.

In a rare editorial move, we’re lifting the curtain and letting you see a glimpse of In the Console room. Before the show starts (and even after the credits) you’ll get to hear a bit of the pre-show debauchery and see what it takes to get everyone on the same page and get the show started.

Most agree this isn’t the best episode of Doctor Who and at some point we may get a little distracted while talking about the episode. No worries because when Tommy V gives us the “Tom Baker Eyes” and Lauren starts inappropriate relations with Simba the only thing left for Jennie and Ben to do is put Fingers to Lips.

This week, the Diddly Dum Podcast comes to you from The Gore Crow Hotel, made famous by its appearance in the Seventh Doctor story, “Battlefield”. As Morgaine the Sunkiller and her minions from 165 Eaton Place attempt to break through the protective chalk circle drawn around the podcasters’ bar table, the Three Who Drool ponder the theme of myths and legends in Doctor Who – specifically the use of the Atlantis legend.

In between discussing the Second Doctor story “The Underwater Menace” and the Third Doctor story “The Time Monster”, Al recalls recently meeting Tom Baker and being boomed at by the great man, Doc tells of coming across a relic from Delia Derbyshire’s schooldays and The Rev provides vital road safety tips.

Well tell that to a doctor - Who or otherwise.

And the Kinda can mend doolally folk too, turning them from sociopaths to simpletons by simply opening a box. A bit like Deal or No Deal in reverse.

But is Kinda a box of delights or one of Pandora's old cast-offs?

Well, Nyssa's barely in it so that's a promising start but Adric's face freaks Martin out, the presence of both Nerys Hughes and multiple Tegans sends Jim into a priapic frenzy and a moccasin-faced local keeps spouting spiritual riddles.

The Doctor is an idiot, Tegan has narcolepsy and Adric keeps trying to twok the TSS. Couple that with a jester who badly needs his puppet (and more) stamped on, an effete bloke from That's Life roaring like a frightened vole and the Universe's least enticing bouncy castle and you have something of a mixed bag.

But, when it comes to Kinda fans, are Jim and Martin among the We or the Not-We?
