TDP 593: Torchwood 2.5 BROKEN
Tin Dog Podcastreview from @TinDogPodcast Whenever Ianto Jones has a tough day at work, he has somewhere he can hide. And, for Ianto Jones, it's always a tough day at work. His girlfriend is dead, his colleagues don't trust him, and his boss... his boss is something else. With no friends in the world, and his life in danger every day, is it any wonder that at night, Ianto Jones goes to the pub? Ianto's local becomes somewhere where he feels safe. Safe from his demons, safe from his life, safe from Torchwood. Until one evening, Captain Jack Harkness walks into a bar.... Torchwood contains adult material and may not be suitable for younger listeners Written By: Joseph Lidster Directed By: Scott Handcock Cast John Barrowman (Captain Jack Harkness), Gareth David-Lloyd (Ianto Jones), Melanie Walters (Mandy Aibiston), Eiry Thomas (Glenda), Ross Ford (The Saviour) Produced by James Goss Script edited by Steve Tribe Executive Producers: Jason Haigh-Ellery and Nicholas Briggs

Big Blue Box Podcast - Episode 99
The Doctor Who Big Blue Box PodcastWelcome back into the TARDIS Who fans. We have a couple of interesting news and merch items then onto our review of that wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey story – Blink.
The News
Matt Strevens has been named as Executive Producer alongside Chris Chibnall for Doctor Who series 11. Working on shows such as Eastenders, The Bill, Cucumber amongst others. His role as Exec Producer on the brilliant An Adventure in Time and Space should please most of us though.
We’re not ones for spinning up the rumour mill but there’s been talk of Matt Smith returning as the Doctor once Capaldi nips off after series 10. Where do we start?
Merch
Earlier this year a fan made/amateur Who spin-off film was released called Downtime. If you enjoyed that then good news as a direct sequel is out on the 18th July called Daemos Rising which is connected to the awesome 3rd Doctor story The Daemons.
“Blink” Review
Often touted as a modern Who masterpiece we delve into the details of those creepy Weeping Angels, quantum locks, timey-wimey story line and people only owning 17 dvd’s. Doing it for us or are we left frozen like statues out in the rain?
Thank you for listening and your thoughts on Blink. Next week for Episode 100 we’re looking at the epic classic story The War Games and we’re really looking forward to your reviews on that one. Until than have a great week and remember – Allons-y!!

Doctor Whooch // Episode 091 // A Priest, A Rabbi, And A Cleric Walk Into A Bar
Doctor WhoochIn which we return to deal with a floppy man complaining about his first world time and space problems.
On this week's edition of the show, Danica and Brandon continue to trip down the River Song timeline with FLESH AND STONE, a not-at-all terrifying episode involving weird stone space monsters. (I WONDER WHICH CREATURES THOSE ARE??!?) Along the way, people die. And some don't! And Matt Smith remains floppity. Also, we discuss Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries, because everybody should at some point in their lifetime.
Outro music is "Let's Misbehave" from Miss Fisher's.

(Not) Fake Fanbooking
Doctor Who: Verity! It's a book Extra! Join Deb, Erika, Liz, and Tansy as they discuss the very first Virgin New Adventures novel, Timewyrm: Genesys. It was the first time through for half of us, the other half of the Verities were revisiting it. While it may not be everyone's cup of tea, and may have a seriously high "ick factor", we're all pleased with the existence of the whole novel range. And we spend a good amount of time chatting about that as well.
Are you a fan of the NAs? Have you revisited them and discovered issues you didn't see the first time through? Or did you never get into them in the first place? Let us know in the comments! We're intensely curious about this!

episode 148 - When a Good War Doctor Goes To Charity...
MarkWHO42 - The Doctor Who PodcastMarkWHO42 loves Doctor Who, of course, but they also love a good cause. This week we try to help Caudwell's Children help children with autism by helping to sell a charity book... Seasons of War! It is an unofficial charity anthology raising money and dedicated to the memory of Paul Spragg. It features more than 30 contributors, including George Mann, Lance Parkin, Paul Magrs, Matt Fitton, Jim Mortimore, Andrew Smith, John Peel, Kate Orman with a special preface by our friend of the show Nicholas Briggs. Plus there's even a comic strip for good measure. Join Mark and Patty as they interview the book's creators Declan May and Simon Brett. They talk about the original ebook released last year, the short film made in conjunction with the book and the sale of the book at Chinbeard Books! You can buy the book from this link but quantities are limited so order quickly: http://www.chinbeardbooks.com/apps/webstore/products/show/6949999. All proceeds go to Caudwell's Children, and I do mean ALL! Plus the rest of the MarkWHO42 gang bring you the latest Doctor Who news including a few stories not heard on our Krypton Radio show. And Christian talks to the con runners of Infinity Con in Lake City, Florida held the weekend of July 16 and 17th. MarkWHO42! Even we can make a difference!!!

Doctor Who - The High Council Episode 58, The Gunfighters Part 4
Doctor Who - The High CouncilIn a twist of fate, Erik had to leave the podcast due to a tooth ache provided likely by the Celestial Toymaker, but Josh, Kyle and Sean persevere and present "The O.K. Corral" for your listening pleasure. Is it possible that you can have a shoot-em-up scene in a children's television program and feel satisfied? Well, we won't be personally throwing down the Wanted poster that the Doctor does. Enjoy!
