Episode 473 – Traveling the Victorious – Part 5 – Screeching Sweet Nothings in Your Ear
Traveling the VortexIn this episode, we head back to the Dark Times, back when the universe was young, and we explore three new offerings from the ‘Time Lord Victorious’ story arc. We start with another Big Finish offering, Paul McGann starring as the Eighth Doctor, and teaming up with his most iconic enemy for The Enemy of My Enemy.
Then, we join the Eighth Doctor and the Daleks again for another installment from the Doctor Who Comic Maker called Tales of the Dark Times Episode Three.
Then we rejoin the Ninth Doctor in the final installment of his ongoing Doctor Who Magazine comic, Monstrous Beauty Part 3.

The Doctor Who ShowWelcome to the second episode of the new podcast we’re dropping on the feed every month in between our regular monthly show.
These are short (20 minute-ish) shows where Rob from the Doctor Who Show sits down with a guest and reads letters – the primary sources of the title – about Doctor Who from the 80s and 90s, for the purpose of kick-starting a conversation. Vitally, the guest doesn’t know anything about the letters until the recording.
This is Doctor Who without a safety net. The conversations could go anywhere the guest wants them to go.

321: Can’t Be Bold Without Breaking the Mold (A Day in the Death)
Trust Your DoctorI thought of food mold for a hot second while writing that title.
A day in the life of Dylan is quite boring, as is a day in the life of Kiyan (probably, I don’t know). So I wonder what a day in our death will be. Maybe something just as equally boring. I’m planning to have my body sent to space, after I donate it to science. They have to know how we could so consistently release podcasts. Must be something in our bones. It’s A Day in the Death, written by Joseph Lidster and aired on February 27, 2008.

105. A Red Hole
On the Time LashIn a crossover worthy of Marvel comics, Ben and Mark are joined by Dylan and Jack from 'Doctor Who: Too Hot for TV' to discuss fake invasions, hollow pastiches, dodgy American accents and much more by way of 'The Return of Doctor Mysterio' and 'Invaders from Mars'. Under discussion: letting an old man in through your window, awkward sex stuff, nostalgia for the Eighth Doctor era, feeling protective over Mark Gatiss and whether or not Steven Moffat has actually seen a superhero film since the 1970s. Also: A definitive decision on the best War of the Worlds, Dylan pitches a documentary about Ian Levine, there's a chocolate surprise from listener Andy Moore and another round of DICS sees everyone gargle with gravel. The Turret Class locomotive Ivy Lee is hurtling through the night. On board, there should only be two passengers: both of them carrying documents from the War Office. Episode 472 – All Sorts of Things Unleashed
Traveling the VortexThis week we take another break from the Time Lord Victorious event… well, sort of. In this episode, we review the recently released book The Wintertime Paradox, by Dave Rudden. Find out what we thought of this festive collection of stories about Doctor Who at Christmastime.
We also, take a look at the short story, Canaries, also written by Rudden and released on the Doctor Who website as a tie-in with the ‘Time Lord Victorious’ Event.
Plus, we examine some news of the week, including some insights into when we might expect the next series of Doctor Who to release.
Enjoy!
