PODCAST 014 - A DAY AT THE BEACH
Episode Duration: 0 minutes and 0 secondsThe Diddly Dum Podcasters have taken The Whoseum on tour and visited Conrad and Will from the Desert Island Who Podcast marooned on their desert island. Will alas did not survive the shipwreck and Conrad had an accident with a dodgy ring modulator.
However, they proudly present The Whoseum with a very special exhibit which sparks off much debate about the notion of a female Doctor. Along the way, Al produces a battered old tin, Doc asserts to much disbelief that Purdy really did hide in a shop window in her pyjamas and The Rev causes jaws to drop all round as he reserves judgment on…?

PODCAST 013 - DOCTOR HUW
Episode Duration: 0 minutes and 0 secondsFollowing their Scottish themed podcast, the Three Who Drool take advantage of their detox course at The Nuthutch in Llanfairfach to discuss three Doctor Who stories linked by the theme of Wales.
The stories covered are The Green Death, Delta & the Bannermen and The Unquiet Dead. In view of Mr Sneed touching up Rose during The Unquiet Dead, "Fanny By Gaslight" was the first choice for a podcast title but "Doctor Huw" was thought more descriptive.
Along the way, Al mourns the loss of Rik Mayall, Doc hails the return of sanity to Doctor Who Magazine's fan polls and The Rev encounters Terrance Dicks, Mike Tucker and Andrew Cartmel at the recent DWAS Myth Maker event.

PODCAST 012 - CREEPY CRAWLIES
Episode Duration: 0 minutes and 0 secondsWe never explained how Al, Doc and The Rev escaped the supernatural attack at the Devil's Hump dig in the closing seconds of Podcast 010. Counter-intuitively, given the Doctor Who connection, the resolution is even more thrilling than the cliffhanger. However, explanations must wait as this week we find our podcasting heroes very much the worse for wear.
All those weeks visiting iconic drinking establishments from Doctor Who lore have taken their toll on the livers of The Diddly Dumbers. On medical advice, the Three Who Drool have retired to Llanfairfach in South Wales for an intense course of detoxification at The Nuthutch.
Wracked by delirium tremens, the Diddly Dumbers see visions of creepy crawlies running all over the house and their thoughts turn naturally to instances of giant insects in Doctor Who. Listen in as, between restorative nibbles at Nancy's homegrown fungus, the boys reminisce about the Zarbi, Menoptera, Venom Grubs and Optera from The Web Planet, the Wirrn from The Ark in Space and the Tritovores from The Planet of the Dead.

PODCAST 011 - THE WHOSEUM
Episode Duration: 0 minutes and 0 secondsSo what was the resolution of the cliffhanger at the end of the last podcast where Al and The Rev seemed to have fallen victim to a paranormal attack at the Devil's Hump dig? Well, we're following the "Timelash" theory of explaining plot resolutions and not telling you. There is an elaborate and scary explanation and we'll explain it one day if we receive enough of a public demand.
Instead the slate is wiped clean as the Three Who Drool end their tour of Doctor Who drinking establishments and attend the glittering showbiz event which is the grand opening of “The Whoseum”. Each of the Diddly Dumbers presents to the museum a special Who-related item.
Listen in as they ooh and aah in ecstasy over the memories these items hold for them of Doctor Who. Hear The Rev reveal his musical tastes, Al his predeliction for pregnant pauses and Doc demonstrate a cardboard box he made earlier.

PODCAST 010 - DATE WITH THE DEVIL
Episode Duration: 0 minutes and 0 secondsThis week, the Three Who Drool return to their first port of call in their epic pub crawl of drinking establishments famous in Doctor Who lore – The Cloven Hoof in the village of Devil’s End – scene of the classic Third Doctor story “The Daemons”.
April 30th has passed into May Day and, to celebrate Beltaine, the greatest occult festival of the year (bar Halloween), the Diddly Dumbers join the villagers in performing an ancient fertility dance around the Maypole before retiring, exhausted but more fertile, to the bar to discuss three stories featuring the Devil or Devil worship – The Daemons, K9 & Company (A Girl’s Best Friend) and the double bill of The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit.
In which we find Al rubbin’ a hooded man, Doc slipping briefly into his alter ego of Bob Holness and the Rev winning the grand prize by completing his third Gold Run.

PODCAST 009 - ATLANTIS
Episode Duration: 0 minutes and 0 secondsThis week, the Diddly Dum Podcast comes to you from The Gore Crow Hotel, made famous by its appearance in the Seventh Doctor story, “Battlefield”. As Morgaine the Sunkiller and her minions from 165 Eaton Place attempt to break through the protective chalk circle drawn around the podcasters’ bar table, the Three Who Drool ponder the theme of myths and legends in Doctor Who – specifically the use of the Atlantis legend.
In between discussing the Second Doctor story “The Underwater Menace” and the Third Doctor story “The Time Monster”, Al recalls recently meeting Tom Baker and being boomed at by the great man, Doc tells of coming across a relic from Delia Derbyshire’s schooldays and The Rev provides vital road safety tips.

PODCAST 008 - MINE'S A DOUBLE
Episode Duration: 0 minutes and 0 secondsJoin The Three Who Drool in the bar of The Fleur de Lys in their tour of drinking establishments iconic in Doctor Who lore.
This time the linking theme of the podcast is Doppelgangers as the three Diddly Dumbers (if it is indeed really them) discuss Enemy of the World, The Android Invasion, Aliens of London, World War Three and Boom Town.
In which Al rhapsodises about New Who’s debt to comic book imagery, Doc remembers annuals and The Rev reveals his previously unsuspected hero worship of Mark Gatiss.
Remember how Sutekh threatened to keep the Doctor alive for centuries, racked by the most excruciating pain? Well, that’s nothing to the experience of a Diddly Dum Podcast which…er…shall we say overruns slightly.

Episode Duration: 0 minutes and 0 secondsJoin the Three Who Drool on their tour of iconic drinking establishments from Doctor Who lore as this week they travel across space and time to the 52nd century in order to sample the booze at The Maldovarium.
Alas the patron wasn’t on the premises (lost his head, poor thing) and so, disappointed at missing the celebrity black marketeer, the Diddly Dumbers muse of the subject of Failed Alien Holidays.
The stories covered are The Leisure Hive, Paradise Towers and Midnight – during which The Rev goes wall-scrawling with the Kangs and Doc tears the Chief Caretaker a new waste disposal chute while Al feeds us with celebrity deaths in between unscheduled visits to the Gents.

PODCAST 003 - THE WAKING ALLY
Episode Duration: 0 minutes and 0 secondsJ R Southall joins The Three Who Drool for Part 1 of a review of the Key to Time season.
A long time ago, in a cyberspace far, far away….
It is a period of civil war. Rebel fans, striking from a hidden forum, have won their first victory against the evil Corporation.
During the battle, fans managed to steal secret plans to the BBC’s ultimate weapon, iTunes, an armored commercial juggernaut with enough power to destroy an entire franchise.
Pursued by the BBC's sinister agents, the Restoration Team, four brave podcasters race home aboard their egos, custodians of the stolen plans that can save their show and restore the missing episodes to the galaxy…
Listen in to the holographic message contained in this podcast unit as the rebel scum are joined by JRba (the Hutt) Southall in Part 1 of a review of Doctor Who's first attempt at a series arc in Season 16 (The Key to Time season) – in which we find that Al keeps Issue 5 of Doctor Who Weekly under his mattress, that Doc’s ability to siphon coffee through his nostrils is useful for clearing out Thrill Sucker infestations, that JR could stage a palace coup in an empty room and in which The Rev reveals the criminal masterminds behind lumpy custard.
