And the first planet the Doctor takes him to definitely lives up to expectations. Orange seas, shining buildings, floating cars, talking servobots – the City of Blinding Light is everything you could expect in a futuristic city.
But while Jayden is dazzled by how alien the aliens are, the Doctor is concerned with other things. People are going missing in Blinding Light leaving strange energy traces even the Doctor can’t identify. And when the K-9 unit the Doctor once left with an old friend is destroyed, the Doctor soon learns that once again he’s brought his friends to a world of deadly danger.

But while the Doctor hobnobs with Sir Benjamin "Big Ben" Hall, First Commissioner of Works, the Computer discovers a mysterious gypsy woman with an odd ability to tell the future. Who warns that the Great Bell must never be struck, lest it bring about an apocalypse for the entire world!
Is the gypsy woman to be believed? Will the world end on the chimes of midnight? With the mysterious behaviour of the bell's designer, and the disappearance of the master of the foundry where the bell was forged, the Doctor finds his visit into history soon becomes a frantic race against chime...

Yes, Davros has returned to once again wreck havoc on the Doctor's favourite holiday on his favourite planet. And he plans to deck the halls with something more viscous than boughs of holly...
With the store's Father Christmas in Davros's clutches and Daleks attacking the last minute shoppers, will the Doctor be able to save Christmas once again? Or will Davros succeed in bringing upon the Earth an endless silent night...
