Ep 80 - Terrific Ally: Really Devoted Independent Spaceship
Doctor Who: Verity! That's right, we're talking about the TARDIS again! We discussed her villainous tendencies with Lynne and Tansy last year. Now, join Deb, Erika, Katrina, and Liz as we fold the TARDIS into our Year of Companions. We discuss the evolution of the TARDIS on-screen and how the Doctor's treatment of her varies by actor and era.
What's your favorite Doctor-TARDIS pairing? Do you have a favorite (least favorite?) moment between the Doctor and his "wife"? How do you feel about the blatant personification of the TARDIS in the new series? Let us know in the comments!
And be sure to head over to our commentary-picking post to help us determine what wonderful Doctor Who goodness we'll jabber all over! We've already hit our first informal Patreon goal of 120 supporters. We'll do a second commentary at 125!

Doctor Whooch // Episode 060 // Torchwood Colon Everything Is Terrible
Doctor WhoochIn which we get drunk and are surprised when Torchwood makes us sad and angry again.
On this week's show Danica and Brandon watch the final episode of Torchwood Series 2 (Exit Wounds) and the 3rd episode of Series 2 of Doctor Who (School Reunion) and end up talking about female agency and empowerment and how both Moffat and Davies both haven't been the best at that. They also share a story about the first time Brandon watched School Reunion, and how he knew Danica was the one. Yup, there's a pretty big swing in this episode. Because we're ballers, you guys.

TDP 492: Doctor Who Book -: The Drosten's Curse
Tin Dog Podcast@Writerer @BBCBooks #doctorwho #tindogpodcast @BBCWBC Isn't life terrible? Isn't it all going to end in tears? Won't it be good to just give up and let something else run my mind, my life?Something distinctly odd is going on in Arbroath. It could be to do with golfers being dragged down into the bunkers at the Fetch Brothers' Golf Spa Hotel, never to be seen again. It might be related to the strange twin grandchildren of the equally strange Mrs Fetch - owner of the hotel and fascinated with octopuses. It could be the fact that people in the surrounding area suddenly know what others are thinking, without anyone saying a word.Whatever it is, the Doctor is most at home when faced with the distinctly odd. With the help of Fetch Brothers' Junior Receptionist Bryony, he'll get to the bottom of things. Just so long as he does so in time to save Bryony from quite literally losing her mind, and the entire world from destruction. Because something huge, ancient and alien lies hidden beneath the ground - and it's starting to wake up... About the Author A. L. Kennedy has twice been selected as one of Granta's Best of Young British Novelists and has won a host of other awards - including the Costa Book of the Year for her novelDay. Who's He? Podcast #211 I felt a little like a dying clown
Who's He?To kick off this weeks podcast, Phil and Paul play catch up with all the news they have missed over the last couple of weeks which means a recap on the announcement of the series 9 premiere date and the trailer! Sorry! But there is the news that series 10 has already been commissioned, some guest announcements for the Doctor Who Festival in November and some more Big Finish news!
But once the news is out of the way, they crack on with their review of the novelisation of The Power of The Daleks. This is a change for them both as this isn't strictly a Target book and they had no DVD to compare the book to! So sit back and listen to the pair of them discuss devious Daleks, characters with no redeeming qualities and a love triangle worthy of The Love Boat!

Radio Free Skaro #486 - The Devil in Red Velvet
Radio Free SkaroConventions and clips dominate the news, with events in Germany, Australia and of course goings on concerning the upcoming Long Island Who, but also a look back at the New Adventures era through the fine folk at Myth Makers and a very...old-fashioned look through newsreel footage at the wedding of Jon Pertwee. The Man Himself is also the subject of a recently unearthed (and Youtubed) documentary, not to mention the focus of much praise from current TARDIS resident Peter Capaldi, who praises Three in an interview with Christel Dee on the Doctor Who Fan Show. All mere prelude to the return of Fluid Links, where we answer your questions about the program, no matter how silly or sublime!

Episode 79: Stationed Outside the Station
Trust Your DoctorThe guards just hang out in space.
This week Kiyan and Dylan venture into what is supposedly one of the best classic who stories and then create what is supposedly our most recent episode. I’m not actually sure if it is, I mean, it will be until Episode 80 comes out. Anyway this week they watched The Ark in Space, which aired in January and February of 1975.
